So yesterday was Olivia's first swimming lesson, and I think it went pretty well! We signed up for a once a week baby/toddler class that runs for seven weeks at the Ft. Lauderdale Aquatic Center. I kind of can't believe it's the end of the month already, but then again, it does seem like January drags a bit, doesn't it? I think I like January much better now that I live in south Florida than I did when I was living in Charleston. I think the milder and sunnier weather makes things a bit easier to take, honestly. I'm not quite sure how it happened, but I can't believe it's New Year's Eve already! Leo, Olivia, and I had a fantastic Christmas spent with Leo's family, and holy moly did my mother-in-law make an awesome meal!
